We integrate directly with Stripe so you process payments yourself. No platform fees, just Stripe's standard 2.5% + 20p. Buyers receive instant QR code tickets via email, and your door staff scan them with our mobile app. No hardware needed, works on any phone.
If you're using Eventbrite or Dice, switching means you'll save 10 to 15% in platform fees immediately and own your customer data. If you're new to ticketing, everything is built right in. GoSYNQ handles payments, QR generation, email delivery, and door scanning.
You get a custom bio landing page, individual event pages, intake forms to capture audience data, a database with all your customers, a Notion business hub to manage everything, and zero fee ticketing through Stripe. Everything you need to run professional events and own your audience.

Yes. GoSYNQ acts as a processor. All ticket buyer emails and customer information are stored in your Supabase database. You own the list, can export it anytime and can request deletion at any point. Unlike Eventbrite, your customers belong to you.
Our scanner has been tested extensively and works reliably. In the rare case of technical issues, each QR code contains the ticket ID which can be manually verified. We provide support during your events and will resolve issues immediately.
Yes. Content creation, promo videos, social captions and posting calendars are available as add ons to any package. We'll discuss your needs during onboarding and can customize your package accordingly.
We operate under UK GDPR. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. Ticket and customer data is stored on EU servers with encryption. All our vendors have data processing agreements in place.
Packages start from £149 per month. This covers your landing page, event pages, intake forms, customer database, Notion business hub, and zero fee ticketing. The only additional cost is Stripe's payment processing at 2.5% + 20p per ticket, which you can pass on to buyers as a booking fee.
Yes. There are no long term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will end at the close of your current billing period. You'll retain access to export your data before cancellation.
